This is Alois Trancy, a protagonist character from Black Butler anime season 2. Yap. the manga (by Yana Toboso-sensei) hasn't finished yet, but the anime available til season 2. Alois Trancy (known as Jim Macken) only appear in Black Butler anime version. He has same past memories but different background with Ciel Phantomhive, but have contract with Claude Faustus, a demon. Full stories about Alois Trancy will describe in another post. The Slightly Chipped Full Moon is Alois' character theme song.
